Tell It Well Photography Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions

 

1. Eligibility: The sweepstakes is open to individuals who are 18 years or older at the time of entry and engaged to be married. Employees of Tell It Well Photography and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. Sweepstakes Period: The sweepstakes begins on 11/7/23 at 9PM EST and ends on 11/14/23 at 11:59PM EST. All entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period.

3. How to Enter: No purchase necessary to enter or win. To enter, participants must complete facebook ad form. Limit one (1) entry per person.

4. Prize Details: One (1) winner will receive a free engagement photo session at Longwood Gardens. The session must be scheduled within 3 months and is subject to availability. All entrants will receive a 10% discount on any wedding photography package if booked within 1 year of form submission.

5. Winner Selection: The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received. The drawing will take place within 1 week after the sweepstakes end date.

6. Notification: The winner will be notified via email and must respond within 1 month after sweepstakes to claim the prize. If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

7. General Conditions: By entering this sweepstakes, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Entries that do not comply with these rules are subject to disqualification.

8. Release and Limitations of Liability: By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Tell It Well Photography and its affiliates from any claim arising out of participation in the sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize.

9. Privacy: Information collected from entrants is subject to Tell It Well Photography’s Privacy Policy.

10. Disputes: This sweepstakes is governed by the laws of Maryland. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts in Maryland.

11. Sponsor: The sweepstakes is sponsored by Tell It Well Photography, located in Parkville, MD.

12. Facebook Disclaimer: This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook.

13. Amendments: Tell It Well Photography reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

14. Consent to Receive Newsletter: By entering this sweepstakes, participants expressly consent to subscribe to and receive future communications, including newsletters, from Tell It Well Photography. This subscription will include updates, promotional offers, and other information related to our photography services. Participants may opt-out of receiving these communications at any time by following the unsubscribe link in the emails.
